Sarah “Sapphire” Milkowski is Germany's most successful darts influencer and has built up a unique platform in the sport with almost 95,000 Instagram followers. Since her social media debut in 2019, she has combined content creation with active gaming and promotes women's darts in particular.

The Düsseldorf native gained tournament experience early on in the NWDV and at DDV ranking tournaments. One highlight was an exhibition in Berlin, in which she won a leg against Gerwyn Price. Milkowski was one of only two German starters in the inaugural edition of the PDC Women's Series 2020 and reached the last 32 twice.

On November 19, 2020, she and Elmar Paulke became the first women to host two live matches at the Grand Slam of Darts on DAZN. As an official ambassador for the “Autism Awareness in Darts” initiative, she uses her reach to support social projects and raise awareness for inclusion in sport.

In addition to regular appearances in the PDC Women's Series without any major titles, Milkowski will be back in 2023 for the third time in the last 32. She also organizes her own tournaments for all levels - from amateurs to professionals - and invites national greats such as Fabian Schmutzler and Jermaine Wattimena.
